about me

lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 2023s, when an unknown vibe designer took a galley of stock images and scrambled it in Canva to make a type specimen book.

you know, I'm something of a vibe designer myself but I also do some normal designing and some web development. I mostly work on complete design systems and agent-user interaction design, a bit of web apps too. I do all kinds of stuff, product design, user experience research, reducing the bottom padding by 1px, bootcamps, super apps, so on and so forth.

selections from my experiences

Sully.ai

Senior Product Designer — 2025

Sully.ai builds specialized medical AI agents for healthcare providers, which means the product has to be intelligent, useful, trustworthy, and ideally not behave like a chatbot that just discovered confidence.

I designed and maintained the complete design system across web and mobile platforms. I also researched and designed AI interaction concepts for both end users and healthcare professionals, focusing on how people understand, control, and work with AI in real healthcare environments. The company raised more than $30 million in investment, so the agents were not the only things getting attention.

Mado

Product Design & Developer — 2023

MADO Canada is a restaurant chain, food importer, wholesaler, and, operationally speaking, a very large collection of moving parts. I designed and developed a full ERP system from the ground up using Bubble, including custom point-of-sale, inventory, and user-management systems.

I also researched and implemented AI integrations for retail workflows such as inventory management, reservation automation, and shift planning. Basically, a little bit of design, a little bit of development, and a lot of asking why three departments were tracking the same thing in four different places. The system processed more than 100,000 orders and over $3.5 million in sales, which is a fairly good stress test for something built from scratch.

BenzinLitre

Design Team Lead — 2018

BenzinLitre is a crowdsourced gas-price tracking app built for people who didn’t want to find the cheapest fuel by driving past every gas station in the city. As the design team lead, I designed and managed the mobile app for end users, along with management panels for gas station owners and support teams. Different users, different needs, same growing collection of edge cases.

The app reached more than five hundred thousand users in two years, received $2 million in investment, and formed a European operations partnership with an Italy-based technology company. Not bad for an app mostly concerned with numbers displayed on very large signs.

Langia

Lead Product Designer — 2020

Langia is a self-service translation and interpretation marketplace connecting people who needed language services with professionals who could provide them. Think booking platform, service marketplace, communication tool, operations system, and several other products wearing one trench coat.

I created the design system for web, mobile, and desktop platforms, and worked on simplifying workflows that were, by nature, not very simple. The goal was to help users complete complicated actions with less time, effort, and unnecessary thinking. The company reached a $20 million valuation and received $2 million in investment. The platform was used by the United Nations’ immigration division, the Canada Border Services Agency, including lawyers, law-enforcement personnel, and consultants. So yes, the “make this flow easier” button carried a bit more responsibility than usual.

edBox

Product Designer — 2015

EdBox was basically Steam, but for educational games and with significantly fewer people yelling into headsets. It was a cross-platform marketplace where users could discover and access learning-focused games across web and desktop. I designed the full interface system from the ground up, covering both platforms and all the usual marketplace-related stuff that looks simple until you actually start designing it. The project later received investment from Vestel, so apparently we were onto something.
